As always buy local when possible and if you eat meat buy organic and grass fed beef as well as pastured eggs, and organic ‘dirty dozen’ produce. In addition, wild caught seafood is best, avoid most farm-raised and be mindful of mercury consumption in larger fish. Good cooking oils to have on hand- coconut oil, ghee, avocado oil, or sustainably sourced palm oil for high heat cooking and olive oil for low heat cooking. Eat clean, feel great!
