Warm water with Lemon

Starting your day with a cup of warm water and fresh lemon is a great way to jumpstart your digestive system. Lemons are not only a digestive aid but also a liver cleanser. They possess strong antibacterial, antiviral, and immune boosting powers as well as having an alkalizing effect on the body. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a swig of apple cider vinegar (more on that later). You’ll be starting the day with a healthy alkaline ph level and a natural boost of energy.
