Simple Kale Salad recipe

Simple kale salad, no oily dressing needed!

Five Ingredients:

  • lacinato kale aka “dino” kale
  • avocado
  • lemon
  • nutritional yeast
  • pink himalayan salt (optional)

Instructions:

After the kale is thoroughly washed and dried, roughly chop and put into a bowl.  Add avocado, fresh squeezed lemon, roughly 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast and a sprinkle of himalayan salt (if desired).  Mix it all together together with your hands and massage the avocado into the kale.

Quick, easy, delicious…enjoy!
